This course will cover topics such as plant care, seasonal maintenance and basic garden design and will provide learners with skills to approach horticultural endeavors with confidence.
This is a classroom based course with the possibility of a field trip during the term.
The course leader, Aoife Nic Fhionnlaoich, has worked as a garden centre horticulturalist, a gardener in an historic estate and as a guide at the National Botanic Gardens.
