BFEI is seeking a suitable candidate to work in our busy administration office.
TASKS / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General administrative duties such as Excel Spreadsheets, word processing, data input using internal IT systems, filing, photocopying etc.
Deal with information requests and queries made via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
Reception/Switchboard duties.
Any other duties appropriate to the grade which may be assigned from time to time.
This is a temporary / short term Grade 3 position.
37 hours per week.
